Sailer’s Team is Growing – Welcome, Wilma Halén!

The winds of change are blowing at Sailer, and we’re thrilled to introduce the latest addition to our team: Wilma Halén, who joins us as a Service Designer! Wilma brings with her a wealth of experience in developing customer experiences, deepening customer insight, and strengthening brands holistically – the very pillars upon which Sailer’s strength is built.

A Versatile Background in understanding Customer Experience

Wilma’s career so far has combined the creative design methods of a design agency with the agile, multifaceted development work of a scale-up. She has a profound interest in understanding customers’ needs and expectations, which shines through in her ability to design comprehensive solutions and e.g. when facilitating workshops. Customer-centricity and user-focused thinking have always been at the heart of Wilma’s work.

At Sailer, we believe that the best solutions stem from human-centered design and in-depth exploration of underlying phenomena. Wilma’s expertise and passion align perfectly with this vision.

Her Role in Our Team

While Wilma will primarily work as a Service Designer, her responsibilities don’t end there. She will also play a key role in our research team and contribute as a builder of tailored GPT models. This unique combination of roles reflects Sailer’s commitment to creating innovative, human-centered solutions for our clients. We’re excited to have Wilma bring fresh perspectives and new ideas to carry this important work forward.

In Wilma’s own words: “Service design is at its best when it combines customers’ genuine needs with companies’ strategic goals – and at Sailer, I see immense potential for this.”

Her skills and energy will strengthen our ability to deliver even more precise and impactful solutions for our clients. We’re confident that her contributions will shine through not only in client projects but also in Sailer’s culture as a whole.

We’re delighted to have Wilma on board and can’t wait to see the impact she’ll have on our work and vision.

Welcome to Sailer, Wilma!
